Annie Krist appointed as member of the supervisory board of Stedin Group
Rotterdam 13 April 2018 – Ms. A.J. (Annie) Krist has joined the supervisory board of Stedin Group. Her appointment was approved during the annual general meeting.
Annie Krist (58) is CEO of GasTerra, a gas wholesaler located in the Netherlands that attaches great importance to increasing the sustainability of the supply of energy. Krist takes the place of Tineke Bahlmann, emeritus professor of business economics at Utrecht University. Stedin Group highly appreciates Bahlmann's dedication to Stedin as member of the supervisory board since 2012.
About Annie Krist
Annie Krist is very familiar with the energy sector. Before joining GasTerra, she worked for Gasunie in Groningen for a long period of time, during which she held various positions. In addition, she has extensive experience in working with a variety of government bodies as well as public shareholders.
Start date
Krist will start her duties as a member of the supervisory board of Stedin Group on 14 April. The other members of the supervisory board are Pieter Trienekens (chairman), Dick van Well, Jules Kortenhorst and Theo Eysink.
